Certificate of achievement from the 2nd Annual Polymer’s Symposium hosted by the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering POLY/PMSE Student Chapter. This event took place February 18th, 2023, at the Kroto Auditorium on Florida State University’s main campus.
I presented my poster presentation at the symposium, alongside graduate students from the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, and other universities around the region. Guest speakers, including Dr. Rufina Alamo, and Dr. Nitash Balsara, were in attendance and gave talks on their research surrounding polymers, and the future of this field. Getting to network with other students, as well as professors was very insightful, and I got to pick up on a lot of new research trends and techniques from attending this event. I was also extremely excited to receive second place in the poster competition!
